The system will send you a confirm e-mail at the e-mail address used for the registration. In this e-mail there are all the informations about your ticket.

Usually refounds are not available. If you buy a fixed date skipass and you cannot use it in the fixed date go to the ticket office with your receipt and your skipass.
Skipass are valid only for the current season, Skipass validity can not be prorogate to the next season, and refunds are not available.
All the skipass are loaded on a magnetic and reloadable card, for this K-card you have to deposit 2€.
You can retire your K-card at the Ticket Office of Chalet Maniva.
